TOEFL grants
ETS provides doctoral students with up to $2000 each year for research in foreign language assessments like TOEFL.
Eligibility for ETS scholarships
A high TOEFL score of 100 or above, strong academic background and a well-drafted research proposal are prerequisites for these scholarships.
Non ETS scholarships
You can also aim for the Rhodes Scholarship and Alberta University’s TOEFL scholarship along with scholarships awarded by government offices and non-profit organisations.
