PTE exam cancellation fees
Consider the scenario where you book for your PTE Academic test but change your mind and want to cancel the examination. You can claim a full refund if you cancel your PTE Academic exam before 14 calendar days. If you have less than 14 calendar days for your exam and wish to cancel, you will receive a partial refund of 50%, provided you have at least seven days for your exam. If you cancel your PTE exam in less than seven calendar days, you are not entitled to a refund. Note that your test date is exclusive to the cancellation or rescheduling policy. Remember to count the days irrespective of the test date.
