PTE Exam Cancellation Fees

• Consider the scenario where you book for your PTE Academic test but change your mind and want to cancel the examination. 
• You can claim a full refund if you cancel your PTE Academic exam before 14 calendar days. 
• If you have less than 14 calendar days for your exam and wish to cancel, you will receive a partial refund of 50%, provided you have at least seven days for your exam. 
• If you cancel your PTE exam in less than seven calendar days, you are not entitled to a refund. 

Note: that your test date is exclusive to the cancellation or rescheduling policy. Remember to count the days irrespective of the test date.

PTE Exam Rescheduling Fees

• Consider the scenario wherein you want to reschedule your PTE academic exam to a different date. 
• You must pay 50% of the PTE test fee if you decide to reschedule 14 days before your test date.
• Remember that you should reschedule at least seven days before your exam date. 
• If you reschedule for less than seven calendar days, you are not entitled to a refund. 
• Also, the policy does not include the PTE test date, so calculate the days irrespective of the test date.
