- All applicants must bring a government-issued photo I.D. to the test center.
- Prospective employees would have to agree to strict rules and confidentiality.
- Test takers may be asked to register their information in a log kept by the GRE testing facility.
- A candidate taking the GRE would be given a sheet of scratch paper to use throughout the exam, which would need to be returned after the examination.
- After the third segment of the GRE General test, the candidate would have the option to take a 10-minute break.
- Only during the Quantitative Reasoning segment would the candidate have access to an on-screen calculator. In the GRE testing center, personal calculators are not permitted.
