The University of Bolton in England is a public higher education school that is the successor to the Bolton Mechanics Institute, founded in 1825. The authorization to bestow degrees was obtained in 1992, while the authority to award doctorates in research was conferred in 1995. With Privy Council approval, the Institute became a university in 2004.

How to score better on the TOEFL exam?
